These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Sardar Trip, Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website, phone-based booking services, and any related communication channels (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Sardar Trip is an independent travel assistance service. We do not operate as an airline, ticket seller, or travel package provider. Instead, we use our network of licensed travel agents, consolidators, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to research, compare, and book flights on your behalf with the operating carrier.
All tickets issued through our service are issued by the operating airline carrier. The terms, conditions, and policies of the operating carrier govern the ticket itself, including but not limited to changes, cancellations, baggage, and check-in requirements.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Any quotes provided over the phone, via email, or through our website are valid for 24 hours from the time of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Fares and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is processed.
Our service is free to the customer. You pay the airline's published fare plus any applicable taxes, surcharges, and airline-imposed fees. We do not add a service fee for standard bookings.
Payment is collected over the phone via credit or debit card through a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our systems. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the quoted amount to your card on your behalf.
Cancellation and change policies are set entirely by the operating carrier. We will assist you in submitting requests to the airline on your behalf, but final approval and timing are at the sole discretion of the airline.
Assistance with changes and cancellations is provided at no additional charge for the first 60 days after booking. After 60 days, a $25 per-ticket handling fee may apply, which is non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sardar Trip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or strikes; (c) weather events, natural disasters, or force majeure; (d) any conduct of third parties including airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
While we strive to answer every call promptly, references to "no hold time" or "fast response" are best-effort targets and not guarantees. Call volume, staffing, and call complexity may occasionally result in longer wait times.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
